In the last 20 years ago, VFIXITNZ initially started small at near-zero point with the lion-heart-mission of SSS - to Shine, Share and Spread. We believe, if we do not share and spread our knowledge and experiences with Kiwis, there is no reflection of light from us - to give out a bright light to separate the darkness and be able to walk in crystal clear pathway. VFIXITNZ is here for you to shine, share and spread for Aotearoa. “The more you share, the more you receive to share.”
Our target is to extend the initial near-zero level to be more proactive, effective, dominant, reliable and achievable. To widen this gap is a matter of hard-working to display the work of our hands to prove our abilities. Work of our hands is greater than the words of the mouth – work comes first than the mouth – action speaks louder than words. VFIXITNZ attempts to prove virtuous attributes; honesty, integrity, trustworthy, truthfulness, loyal, sincere and fair by working hard to prove these attributes.
VFIXITNZ was involved in some major new construction projects as the main key player. A key player plays a crucial role in the effective functioning of the worksite and responsible for the successful achievement of the customer's goals. VFIXITNZ has typical job responsibilities in overseeing the whole worksite, supervise and train new recruitment labourers, decide work schedules and set priority and monitoring Health & Safety. One of our major jobs involves the construction of the Good Samaritan Inn in Cambridge, Waikato as shown in the image above.
